I have made it my life’s work serving families like yours to find the harmony, connection and communication, and to feel secure in your bond as parent and child.  After having my first child, I quickly had a deep emotional response to my own unhealed childhood.  There was fear I would parent how I had been parented, and I knew that was not what I wanted for my journey or my family.  What I didn’t know was where to start in consistently showing up differently when I had never learned it.  It took a lot of healing, patience with myself and hard work, but I am EMPOWERED in my parenting now, and I am the parent I want to be.

This is the gift I want to share with you.  

Before finding this incredible space to guide parents to connection and healing, I spent my childhood and early adult life growing up in the Bay Area.  I am so grateful to have experienced the cultures, diversity, closeness of coastlines, forests, mountains and especially the beautiful weather.  When I left I spent a year in New York before settling in Wisconsin, where I had my two beautiful children.  After 7 years we made the leap back to the West Coast and are thriving in the PNW! 

Early on I knew working with people was my calling.  I have spent my career jumping between massage therapy and esthetics and a more professional setting managing people, clients and finances.  Through every step I have gained an incredible skillset and experience that only further serves me as a coach.  I finally feel I am where I was meant to be, and the path to get here was necessary to shape me into who I am today.
